All you need to succeed in your career and as a result in your life is to have a pen and a sheet of paper and to read this article from up to the end.

Step 1 – Personal Mission Statement. You have to know for sure, what you are waiting from your job and what you want to receive from it. Write it in a positive form in the present time with the help of one extended sentences and always keep it in mind.

Step 2 – Educate yourself. Never stop to educate yourself if you want to achieve a success, you have to understand that all the knowledge you receive is necessary.

Step 3 – Make changes. Do not be afraid of changes; make them if you have such an opportunity. Changes are always brining something new in life.

Step 4 – Learn to sell yourself. Understand that until you will not help yourself, no one will do it for you. Become an agent to yourself and sell your skills for the proper price.

Step 5 – Help others. If you have an opportunity to help people, help them. Who knows, maybe someday someone will help you.

Step 6 – Do not work only  for money. The job, which is done, only to receive money, will never bring you moral satisfaction. If you do not receive the moral satisfaction from your work, you will not be satisfied with your life.

Tips for you for your career planning:
•    Imagine that when you are choosing your career, it means that you are going to devote all your life to it. Are you ready to devote yourself to this very career?
•    Be sure in your own power and be confident, but try not to be too ambitious, if there is no any background for it.
•    Think about the priorities in life: whether you are a careerist or you want to devote yourself to your family.
•    Attend different trainings and courses, increase your knowledge, it will help to receive promotion.
•    Try to find as many information at the career you want to be engaged or already engaged with, as it is only possible. Be in the center of the events.
•    Be in good relationships with your immediate supervisor.
•    Do not afraid to quit the job and to be hired at the other one. If you have made no success during 3 years of working at one and the same place, you will never make it.
•    Do not think that it is hopeless to appeal to the recruiting consultant; many people have succeeded with their help.
•    Do not through away your CV, make it in a proper way, and let it to be placed in the Internet. Who knows, maybe you will receive such a perfect offer, that you will not be able to refuse it.
